Crocheted Hot Pads: Multi-Color (set of 2)

What are kitchen hot pads used for? Hot pads are used under hot dishes to protect surfaces. This is a set of 2 hot pads.  One is 6.0"W x 7.25"H and would be good for most hot pots and bowls you put on your kitchen table. The larger hot pad is 7.5"W x 14.5"H.  I like to have a longer than normal hot pad for the large rectangular pans that come out of the oven, i.e. lasagna.
